Schedule Your Visit
Call our office at (586) 722-0998 to set up your first appointment. New patient visits allow extra time for a thorough intake.
Bring Your Records
Please bring a list of current medications, any recent lab results, and your insurance card. If you have prior medical records, we welcome those as well.
Arrive Early
Plan to arrive 15 minutes before your appointment to complete any new patient paperwork. Online forms are available — ask at the time of scheduling.
